The Dubai ACM Community is convened by Prof. Elakkiya R, Assistant Professor in Computer Science at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus, and is backed by a dedicated leadership team. We are proudly affiliated with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) — the world’s largest scientific and educational computing society — and stand on the pillars of academic excellence, inclusion, and innovation.
Dubai ACM Professional Chapter
A platform for computing professionals and researchers to engage with cutting-edge trends, share knowledge, and strengthen ties between academia and industry. Through distinguished lectures, expert-led workshops, and technical events, we promote excellence in computing and foster regional innovation.
Dubai ACM-W Professional Chapter
A dedicated initiative to empower, mentor, and support women in computing. As part of ACM’s global women-in-tech movement, we organize inclusive programs that spotlight women technologists, encourage girls in STEM, and foster a strong support system for academic and professional growth.
